We stayed in the hotel Chez Marie and we took advantage of the restaurant every night. Sergio cooks very creative Corsican/Italian dishes and he is very proud of using the best (local) ingredients. The restaurant was packed on weekends, I guess in summer it will be essential to make reservations. Weather permitting, dinner is served in the charming garden behind the house. What I also really enjoyed was the charming and attentive service. While it was very busy the service was always fast and very competent, which I love. I stayed at the Chez Marie in the middle of July 2017 and I can highly recommend anyone thinking of travelling to Corsica to give this place a go. Pascal and Sergio run it to perfection with the homemade al la carte food and service second to none. They specialise in something that little bit different to anywhere else in the vacinity which makes it's well worth a visit whether to stay overnight go for that special meal. They were so knowledgeable and friendly to myself travelling alone and were able to recommend other quality dinning establishments within the vacinity to suit all budget needs. As they would say in Ireland these lads are pure class and well sound.
Établissement en bord de route qui n'aurait peut-être pas retenu notre attention mais les avis positifs nous ont incités à tenter le restaurant. Et nous avons été conquis par l'établissement : petite cour à l'arrière du bâtiment avec une belle déco rétro et une chaleureuse ambiance (et par conséquent aucune gêne due à la circulation), un accueil sympathique et une délicieuse cuisine. Tout était bon, du burger des enfants (aux saveurs corses) aux plats des parents, jusqu'au dessert (mention très spéciale au moelleux à la châtaigne). Un établissement à découvrir pour y revenir!
De séjour dans la région, nous avons découvert ce lieu convivial ( terrasse à l'arrière de l'hôtel) où l'accueil était particulièrement chaleureux, la cuisine saine et bien bonne avec un rapport qualité/prix remarquable. ...Nous y avons déjeuner 2 fois et dîner 2 fois aussi. Les entrées excellentes et les plats bien bons.Merci à Sergio et Pascal pour votre gentillesse et pour la qualité du lieu. Yes, the best restaurant I visited on the island. But still far below my expectations when I visit a restaurant. Given that I am at seaside, I would expect more fish food on offer. The paste is excellent, I have to admit. The garden is nice, the staff friendly, but they don't know much more then French.
Une équipe parfaite qui assure un accueil et un service de qualité. Des plats excellents! Avec une mention particulière pour les pâtes au palourdes... Et le tout avec avec des prix raisonnables. Merci à vous Pascal et Sergio pour ce bon moment.

Nous avons déjeuner à cette adresse un midi, le menu était tout Bonnement excellent, à 21 euros.Accueil vraiment très sympathique, et les produits de qualité.Je recommande.Sébastien
