this was formerly a lively and booked restaurant for a Sunday dinner high on a plateau above privas. under the new management it proved to be disappointing. the most important courses were overcooked and partly did not want, for example, the neck of the overcooked duck). with the overcooked beans and the overcooked pommes did not make it a happy eating.
this restaurant we miss!!! unpleasant to reopen it .a repreneur is it necessary? If so, I'd be this one. excellent cook I'm retired and I like Berzeme. Don't forget me. jean paul perrier
