After a couple of weeks of traveling and eating out I was wandering without a map today from the train station where I dropped my car walking to my hotel. I passed a lot of restaurants and nothing was appealing. Then I passed this lovely little place that just looked like your best friend's kitchen. I ordered the Plat du Jour not knowing what it was but the meals being enjoyed around me all looked fresh and tasty. A lovely plat came with a great salad and a sort of Shepherd's Pie casserole with a layer of bolognese meat in a light tomato and olive sauce, topped with a layer of yam and squash and a beautifully browned crust perhaps a bit of cheese. all starts with a refreshment based on local beer, detox water and iced tea, of course, homemade. We are coached by healthy summer burgers (eye for those who take care of their line) accompanied by their salad and fresh fries and homemade sauce. I strongly recommend this very nice little restaurant. the dishes offered are fresh, from local produce, and tasteful. I came with the members of my team (17 people) and everyone was very satisfied with both service and kitchen.
