We criticize administrative slowness, but let us not forget that in part the cause is the sympathy of the staff and its rigor. Cice to say that I prefer a slow and human system than fast but too computerized.

I don't live in st barthlemy but I go all day to Pignerolle walk with my little dog I find this town very well maintained and beautiful
