We were recommended this restaurant for both the food and the lovely views and we were not disappointed. Four of us ate here and we had the Menu du Jour which was four courses, four aperitifs, a bottle of wine and four coffees for 100 Euro with a view that was worth that alone. The food was tasty and the service friendly. It was busy given it was a Saturday and the weather was lovely, but we received our food in a very timely fashion and never felt rushed.
Good for several reasons1. Outside tables overlooking the countryside and not on the busy street2. Service prompt and efficient3.Limited choice on the fixed price lunch menu, but for 5 courses and ample well cooked quantity food paying less than 20 Euros represented excellent value
We waited 45 minutes sitting at the table without any beverage or food. After rhat time finally ordered and we waited for 30 more minutes to have our food. The food was cold. Stay away if you want a good service.
Lovely terrace below the great Abbey of St Bertrand. Welcoming, informal mix of café, restaurant, bar. Delightful Spanish waitress. Tasty, old-fashioned food based on neighbourhood sources of the Pyrenees. Book a table now
We had a very good simple lunch with excellent service (our French and his English).! The view from our outside table was beautiful and the restaurant is close to good, if touristy, shops.
A great place for a late afternoon drink. Wonderful view from high above a verdant valley. Friendly host. Remains of a statue of a Roman soldier in the garden. The rest is in a museum.
Cozy, quite and good views. Small menú but full of good local dishes. Magnificent desserts and offered kids menu. Warning: no credit card payment allowed, just cash
The village is amazing, but the resturant is closed. We found another chez, but the three tables outside were booked and inside there were too many flys. Book a table now
