A real Vietnamese restaurant. I have been there several times because I wanted to discover the various dishes offered. Their Pad Thai is delicious and probably among the best you can taste in the region. But not only ! They offer a choice of dishes, most of which really come out of the traditional basics found in any Asian restaurant. A discovery for my taste curiosity as far as I was concerned. Vegetarian and vegan dishes available. Very nice atmosphere (family) and good service.
Incredibly tender beef and delicious sauces. We each ordered the 200 g of natural (i.e., grass-fed) beef and that with the salad, potatoes, asparagus, etc. was more than we could eat. Owner/Chef was very attentive and friendly. I cannot believe this is not the #1 restaurant in the area. It's that good and is a must when you are in Montreux.
the Vietnamese food here was authentic and very tasty. what turned out was the extensive menu of the Vietnamese food we rarely see in Europe. the service was fast and tender. thoa, the owner, was very friendly and fun to talk to. we'll be back in any case!
