I had a bad experience with them yesterday. I checked the time they close prior to getting there which was 9.30pm. I ordered online and reached there around 9pm with my family. I wanted to have a nice time with my family there. When my food was given to me, I was told that their dine-in closes at 9pm. I've been hearing about this place for a while, and just tried it for the first time. Overall, it's not too bad, but it's overhyped and could be much better for the price. The chicken sandwich was flavorful, but compared to Dave's Hot Chicken, the portion was small, sauce was minimal, and spice was lacking even for the “Spicy” level. Today I had a bad experience. I ordered two sandwiches, meat and chicken, the meat tastes great, but the chicken was cold and not fresh. I told the employee about it, he changed it to another, but the chicken was hard to eat. I recommend the meat burger.
Very good food.. no complaints at all but please don't cheap out on your sauces… I bought more than $100 of the food… Almost like 7 8 boxes and only given 2 sauces… When asked for only 1 sauce they said you have to pay… Should be 1 sauce per box.

Chitea does not retain its quality anymore. The size of the burgers have decreased. The Angry Bird with fries were hard and dry. I kept drinking water to help it go down my throat. No sauce on it, very parsimonious about the sauces
This place is a local favorite. Their menu is short and sweet- we always order “The Big Bird” with fries and one of their many boba flavors.
Food was good. Atmosphere was decent, not alot of sitting space but worth the wait on the burgers. The drinks were chill too
My family and I like the burgers and boba tea here. Good taste and fast service. They also have self checkout/in orders.
