The bartender Jose is great !!!! However worst Marriott I have ever stayed at !! The bar has zero wine it’s a Thursday night tried to order a beer they were also out of that ! How are you going into the weekend and out of wine in a bar ? I have watched 6 people try to get a glass and the bartenders are polite in letting everyone know they apologize but they are out !! As I’m typing this a guy orders a **** Mary lol guess what they are out of mix !!! Not to mention I have been here for 13 days now and a pair of shoes came up missing out of my room today !!! I feel sorry fir the bartenders they are great it’s not their fault however it hurts their tips when they can’t serve people !! Good help...

This hotel was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and was the worst vendor for my wedding. We had over 30 rooms reserved for our wedding and were told we would receive a complimentary room, but instead we were charged extra for two nights in a extremely outdated and dirty room. We were also promised a shuttle service to and from our venue for ourselves and our guests, but this service was never provided. The staff handling the wedding block was unresponsive, often taking weeks to reply to emails or texts. this is a terrible hotel for service. the shuttle that was supposed to pick up my wife and children lasted 2 hours. Once it was finally there, it was the last run that lasts only 11 out of 18 pass. every time we called the hotel during the two hours, they would just lie to us and say that the shuttle is almost there. When I finally talked to the manager, she then lied about the shuttle. her answer was “take a taxi”. the taxi was over $90. when I called back after the shuttle, had no room, nobody answered in the hotel. intended a brotherhood installed over the weekend and was quite surprised with the reviews against our actual experience. pros: the sales staff withzia was very courteous and professional. the bankett guy, jaime was on his game, on the group all and then. oscar the maintenance man has checked us and made sure that the temperature is good because it was almost 100 degrees on this Saturday. the lady working in the bar was attentive. the room is well maintained, would need some furniture and decor updates. cons: outdated, restaurant is closed, but the service and room in which we were was quite impressive. that covers the outdated problem.
The hotel itself is very nice with a spacious lobby, a Starbucks, small snack bar, a well-equipped gym, and plenty of meeting spaces. However, the rooms, which many consider the most important aspect, were disappointing. The furniture and decor were outdated, the carpet felt oily, and there were noticeable stains on the bedskirt and walls. The room also had a strange smell and the mattress was old and creaky. The only redeeming quality was the clean and sanitary bathroom. Overall, I don't think I will stay here again as the room did not meet my expectations for the price.
my room 721 was used by someone else when I was gone, and the whole bathroom was dirty. when I showed that to the staff, I received a simple answer “we do not know” without thinking or apology. there was a camera right in front of the room door and the personal promised that they would look at the picture and a manager called me back. 4 days, no call and no follow-up. avoid this property if they appreciate their security and their causes and avoid room 721 absolutely
I was put up in room 721. When I returned to the room in the evening I noticed the bathroom was used and completely dirtied in my absence. The manager was called however he didn’t care and just said “we don’t know”. There is a camera right outside the room door and I insisted they check the footage. It’s been 4 days now and the hotel management has not cared to follow up. Avoid this property if you value the safety of your belongings

Had everything you would expect from a moderately priced hotel. Bathrooms were up to date with modern tile and shower. Mattress was a little firm, and the room decor was quite dated.Per usual with hotels the air conditioning kept changing back to 72, which kept the room a little stuffy.In all, great place. There is a Starbucks as well as a non-included breakfast buffet.
