Chicas Cuban Cafe - Table reservation

I had my welcome back staff luncheon at Chicas. For many of my staff, it was our first experience with Chicas and it was a 5-star experience. The restaurant prepared a cozy area for my team. Chicas permitted us to call in our orders a day in advanced and as a result our meals came out quickly....hot....and exactly as we had ordered them! The taste and quality of the food was exceptional and delectable. The servers were friendly and visited our tables frequently meeting our needs. I highly recommend you visit Chicas. We had a great lunch here after our bike ride on the nearby Lake Beresford Bike Trail. It was busy, but our order was taken quickly. We didn’t feel rushed by the server. Food came out pretty quickly. Hot big portions. I had the Cuban sandwich, it was very good! The fries were really good too.Parking: We had to park about a block away.. worth it though.

I invite my of of 50 years that lives in Deland and for the first time visiting the restaurant, we were impress with the ambiance for small place.The food was very good and I will probably return when I am in the area.

Good fresh food, served hot.did not like sitting in back by kitchen, prefer outside tables but too hot outside.
