I visited the drive-through for two consecutive days to order meals for my family of 10. On the first day, we should have received 10 meals, but we only got nine, meaning someone missed out. I attributed it to the busyness of the restaurant and let it go. However, today I returned to the drive-through for another 10 meals and ended up with only seven drinks, a detail I didn’t notice until I got home. To make matters worse, my husband's chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. I spent over $200 at Chick-fil-A in just two days and I am incredibly disappointed. This location really needs to improve. After attending an art exhibit for two of my granddaughters, we stopped to eat at Chick-fil-a. There were 13 of us. We were able to find three tables together. My grand kids enjoyed the indoor play area with other kids. I always have a great time with my family, and Chick-fil-a made even that much more enjoyable. The food was good and the staff great. They have the best staff hands down of any fast food chain.
founding experience! tonight was the first time in the Saginaw location and I was the 20th. Car inline for the journey through. I was in about 15 minutes through the line. I've been going through the road for a long time and the only car in the line. the young lady and the young man waiting for me were efficient and very polite. we will be a regular customer I am sure.
Am I the only one who notices that the chicken here is of lower quality compared to other locations? I’m not sure which distributor they use, but this is definitely the least impressive one. The chicken seems to be low quality, drier, and has a bouncy texture, while at other places it’s tender and juicy. Honestly, this place tastes like artificial chicken.

The car this Chick-Fil-A uses for their catering orders does not even have license plates on it, how is it that so many law enforcement officers visit this Chick-Fil-A on a daily basis, yet never say anything about this?? This is my large fry and five piece nugget… where are the rest of the fries? It looks like the chicken nuggets were cut in half. It’s bad enough I’m paying $20 to get this delivered through DoorDash, but to be scammed out of my food? Terrible. No sauces were in the bag either.
the service is incredible and a great example for the famous Chick-fil-A values. it is obvious that the leadership invests in her personal and that they take care of the customers. I pass a litanei of other restaurants to get to Chick-fil-A saginaw.
As for kid-friendliness, the team here is incredibly welcoming to children. The play area is well-maintained and offers plenty of fun activities for kids. They even provide food placemats for babies, making it convenient for young families.
