Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

I waited much longer than expected for a carryout order I had placed well in advance. When I finally got my order, I received only four packets of sauce for two family-sized nugget meals. My $8 chicken sandwich had a chicken breast that was half the size of what you usually get at Chick-fil-A, along with two tomato ends that made for a less than appetizing presentation. To top it off, there were no straws included for any of the drinks. After about 100 visits to Chick-fil-A, I must say this experience was quite disappointing, both for myself and for the others I bought food for. I won't be returning to this location.

I'm done with this place. This is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. I had to eat a salad without dressing today because they forgot it, AGAIN. Fine, it's just dressing, but the point is that if I'm spending nearly 20 dollars on a mediocre salad Ican make myself, a teeny shake, and a fountain drink, then you better get it right. I didn't' pay for food I have to take homeand add to in order to make it edible. Get it together.

I consistently receive outstanding customer service here, and tonight was no exception. I had a 6-minute wait for the mac and cheese, but that was fine—I’m easygoing, so I just asked for some fries in the meantime. The staff member was extremely polite and even insisted on refunding me for the mac and cheese. Excellent job managing the entire situation!

These guys are ridiculously busy all the time but, the systems they have in place work well and they get you through quickly. The food is always hot, fresh and has never disappointed. 10/10

The prices are high, and the portion of grilled chicken is much smaller than the bread.
