Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

not open for the departure, not the breakfast, only an open car steaming track, takes 30 minutes to get food. this position is very fast downhill. I always came here and now it's annoying just to get food from here. while my orders always come right, I have gone from eating at this place weekly to almost never come here because of the how long it takes. the dining room has been closed since juli and although it takes me 2 minutes to go here, picking up is no option. as much as I like cfa, I just don't have 30 minutes to sit in the car ride thru.

I'm am visiting from out of state and don't have a car. I walked to this Chick-fil-A to get lunch. The inside is closed for renovations. The sign on the door said to use the app to place an order and someone would bringing the food out. I don't have the app and didn't want to install it. The 2 lines were busy so I asked the guy with the tablet if he would take my order and I could pick it up at the door. He a said NO.

?? Unfortunately this location has gone downhill fast since corporate took it over… Lines are slower, no more curbside, no more extra salt or extra crispy fries and the list goes on.. For example, I don’t get bonus rewards from management anymore which was always a cool surprise in the app. So basically, it’s nothing like what it used to be and in the worst way possible — total bummer!! ???

It’s not all bad. Waiting in the drive through gave us enough time to relive every moment of my toddlers life. Some real good memories for sure! However I’d like some chicken nuggets before I have to mow my lawn again

Delicious chicken, waffle fries. Attentive courteous service. Super free parking. Convenient location. Pleasant surroundings. We dined on the patio in the evening. Cool.and comfortable. Love the mile high fresh air!
