at this particular place it seems that the things are going a little different. I ordered two Cobb salads with a spicy chicken breast. When I came into the window, I watched a male hired who delivered food and drinks to the outside pick-up points. then he began to come into the window and talk to the workers who get drinks and orders that confused the personal. I had to fold into my back mirror so he had to burst. I finally got my order and went to trussville to meet me with a friend to eat my tasty bites. I take my children as tasty bites into the Chick-fil-A on john hawkins because they absolutely love it! and I can't say enough good thing about the service we always receive there. they are simply the best and the second place is not even close. child-friendly: they were very sweet to my children and asked them if they needed to fill them up, and went happy and got them to fill them. they were patient while taking orders from my children. parking: parking is good, they only have to walk through the traffic, because so many people use the drive-thru. I have two small children and that goes through the traffic is a care. Disability: they are wheelchair accessible.
Have had consistently good service and food here. The one time they got my order wrong (asked for no bacon on a salad), they quickly fixed another salad and told me to keep the original salad. They also gave me a free lemonade to drink while I waited. That's good customer service.
I was just there and one of the employees was in the middle of talking my order and a manager walked over and said he could not take my order because they close at 9. It turned 9 as my order was being taken. Absolutely rediculous
