Every item in my order was either missing or incorrect. The delivery took around an hour and a half, even though I live just 10 minutes away. Getting a refund is a hassle; you have to call a call center, and they only refund the cost of the items, not including tax and delivery fees. In the end, I ended up paying $14 without actually getting lunch. I really love Chick-fil-A, and their service is usually excellent, but this location definitely needs some improvements.
not bad for a mall chick-fil-a, they have a lot of workers all the time there and they're pretty nice! the food comes out pretty quickly. i've never had a problem ordering from here before but i have also never done uber eats or whatever delivery service with them. the CFA chicken sandwich is just okay in my opinion, feels pretty pricey for what i got. BTW the prices on uber eats are like at least $1.50 more than they are if you were to order in person!
The food and shakes were great. Customer service was lousy…Discount for service men women is advertised. I once received veterans discount. I returned for the great sandwich and peach milk shake. The crew manager told me “we never give discounts to veterans, maybe on July 4th. However, she stated discounts for police and fire fighters. I don’t believe this is chick-fil-a policy since I was given a veterans discount before.
The food tends to be less impressive later in the evening, especially near closing time, but it's absolutely worth it if you visit before 6 PM. The staff members are among the kindest and most respectful I've ever experienced in the food service industry. Book a table now
