I went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday to buy some gift cards for the scouts who helped my son with his Eagle project. I asked a member of their team if I could purchase gift cards standing in that long ordering line because I needed 20 of them and didn't want to hold everyone up. He put me in touch with their manager who immediately began taking care of producing the gift cards I needed. While I was there, I saw their team members running food out for curbside pickup, delivering it to tables, I saw another member ask a lady if she would like some water while she was waiting on something other than a regular order. No lie, the customer service here is way above and beyond anything I've witness...

While I was there, I saw that her team members had food for board picking and delivered them to tables, I saw another member asking a lady if she had some water while waiting for something else than a regular order. I am honestly disappointed. Whenever I go there I usually don’t have any issues but today was a different situation. I had order 3 meals two of them were 2 chicken mini meals and extra bbq sauce. The girl who had taken my order even repeated it back to me, when I got to the window they had haded me 2 meals one chicken mini and the other meal I ordered. I told them what it was supposed to be and they fixed it. Once I got home and looked at the order I have only gotten two bbq sauce and 1 straw for 3 drinks. Idk how they messed up multiple times with one order but I don’t know if I will go back, these mess ups are just from them not paying attention.

They also walk around to ask if you need anything (condiments, free drink refill, etc .The food and service are on par with a dine-in restaurant, with the speed/convenience of fast food.My personal favorite meal is the Spicy Deluxe w/ Pepper Jack :

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for as long as they’ve been in Middletown and this has been happening more than usual the last few times I’ve visited. If I order a large fry, that’s what I expect, a large. Not a medium, especially if I’m paying more for it. This has happened more than once at this location so I feel as though, I should warn those that want to order a large fry, just order a medium cause that’s what you’ll end up getting!

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Chick-fil-A location, but a sharp employee at the right location quickly spotted the error. They promptly took our order and guided me on how to fix the mistake. We had to call the wrong location, leave a voicemail, and wait for their reply. Fortunately, they responded quickly and issued a refund. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
I've never been to a Chick fil A and that was all I could imagine was that the experience is based on the whole hype... Top-notch operation... and great chicken sandwich, of course... Wow the cal salad was a beautiful surprise... love everything about the experience!!!

I never have anything bad to say about any Chick-fil-A. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Service and food were both amazing. They forgot to give me my sandwich, but they brought it to me!
You can be 20 cars deep waiting in line, they always seem to have their efficiency hands down awesome. Always kind and quick to help out. Wonderful set of workers.
