I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a grilled bowl, but when I opened it, there was no cheese. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to someone at the counter about the issue. Unfortunately, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake. The staff called the manager, who took my bowl away for a while and eventually added cheese. However, by the time I received it back, the bowl was already cold, and the manager didn't apologize either. To make matters worse, my receipt indicated that I had ordered extra cheese, but it was still missing.
The location is very convenient but often overcrowded. I wish there was better parking available for order pickup. It’s surprising there aren’t more accidents here, given the heavy traffic from people heading to Wawa and the major blind spot when exiting the parking lot. It would be much more efficient if preorder pickup was consistently available to help keep the drive-thru moving. When your order isn’t ready but others behind you have received theirs, everyone ends up waiting. That said, the customer service is always excellent—staff are consistently friendly and accommodating despite the busy environment.

I've never had a complaint about Chick-fil-A food until now. The service was incredibly slow, and I felt sorry for the kids working there; they were really busy. I waited outside for my curbside order, but eventually just went inside to pick it up. While I was there, I chatted with the DoorDash driver about how slow the service was that day. He had arrived before I did and was still waiting when I left. As for the fries, they were awful—I've never said that about anything from Chick-fil-A. They were overcooked and bland.

I used the drive-thru and ordered a Coke Zero, but I received a Dr. Pepper instead, which was very disappointing. The person who took my order was excellent, but there was an issue with the order being incorrect. Additionally, there was soda on the outside of the cup—I expect my drinks to be clean, and they should have wiped it off before handing it to me.
Manager Glen was rude and unprofessional and wasn?t competent enough to answer a yes or no question. Never had such a horrible experience at Chick Fil A! If the dining room is closed you can be professional about it and don?t let your app allow me to chose dine in. I just wanted to wash my hands before eating!
They consistently present themselves in a professional manner and are very courteous. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, prioritizing not just the customer experience but also ensuring satisfaction and value for money spent.
This review is from last week. I just wanted to say that Stephanie is the best employee ever. I've never encountered a Chick-fil-A worker who is both straightforward and kind at the same time. The food was, as always, delicious!

I had a great experience with the fast service, even with the long lines. Today, Logan helped me, and he was both friendly and efficient. This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A to visit because the staff is always so pleasant.
