Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

I have had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There are two others in my area that do not have nearly as many issues. Firstly, they consistently fail to include sauces or packets with my order. It has happened once or twice, but it is a regular occurrence. The inside of the store is always dirty, with gross floors, tables, and horrendous bathrooms (often lacking toilet paper and with overflowing paper towels). As a delivery driver, I am frequently in this store and it is always a mess. They really need to improve their cleanliness standards. I understand that they may be busy, but cleanliness should not be neglected.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, with multiple members asking how I was doing. My order was filled quickly and when I left, multiple employees thanked me and said goodbye. I found the experience very refreshing and surprising. The food was amazing, and I even found myself wondering why I hadn't tried it sooner. I don't frequent the area often, but I will definitely be stopping by again if I am in the area.

As usual for this chain, the restaurant was bustling and the parking lot was nearly full. However, it didn't take me long to find a spot. There was a line, but it moved quickly. We ordered our food and received it promptly, and it was consistent with their high standards. I would recommend this restaurant.

Every time we visit Chick-fil-A we would order the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so tasty so that I always eat two per meal. I took one star off because the waiting time is a little bit long, but I know that they are always busy so I will be patientanyway.

Food is good but they need to make sure you either get full size nuggets or the make up for the pieces you get
