I had an amazing experience at the restaurant today and would give it 10 stars if I could! I am a regular at this place even though it's not the closest to my house. The staff always get my order right and are consistently friendly. However, today I witnessed something truly special. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I was extremely impressed with how Ritchie interacted with customers and team members. This was my second time being served by Ritchie and he truly stood out. While waiting for my change, he praised an employee for her excellent work, which brought a tear to my eye. This evening I ordered the Market Salad yogurt/fruit parfait, and they were both EXCEPTIONAL — as advertised, the salad was clearly made fresh, perhaps to order! And the yogurt was also very good I 'm kinda finicky re: my yogurt. ; I don 't often review fast food because, unfortunately, my expectations aren 't that high to begin with.. but today Chik Fit-A changed that so I thought it deserved noting 'for the books ' since it 's not always easy to eat right AND well these days. But Chik Fil-A nailed it! 5
This Chik-fil-A is one of the best I've ever been to! They hosted a trunk or treat event last night and efficiently served the customers while the food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Oldsmar Chik-fil-A, you rock!
Driving through was very busy, but they were so fast and efficient that the line moved quickly. Eating is always hot and the staff is friendly. Impressed to see managers outside to make sure that the line was moved.
