Wait in the car through the line 35 minutes. Waited so long my car began to overheat what has never happened. Was finally in the second line to the window and I could see that the person got a gift card and some free drinks for the long waiting period. Of course I get another person in the window. A miserable short hairy older lady. I'm sorry the waiting period didn't... And to make it out of food, it was terrible. This place is really on the hill.
The food at this fast food restaurant is consistently good. The portions are generous. However, during my last visit, there were a couple of mishaps. I had to wait a few minutes for the ice cream coffee I ordered, and my friend had to go back in because they forgot to give her fries. Despite the busy atmosphere, I can understand if they forgot to give me a drink, but my friend's fries should have been included in her order.
There was a long line at the checkout with only one cash register open. A customer ahead of us commented on how busy it was, and the manager, who was also serving as the cashier, replied that it's like that every day. I was surprised that they didn't open another checkout line. The fries were undercooked and the nuggets were overcooked. However, the highlight was definitely the peach milkshake, which was delicious.
Eating is usually great, service also, but lately they have massed much more frequently. One day they forgot my 30 PC Nugget, another time they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. They forgot my friends salad, and another time they gave us the wrong drinks, that was all in the last two months. You never messed up the commands even during the pandemic.
