And just ignore the long lines. They can get you through faster than you can say Chic-fil-A. Update... The Nolensville and Old Hickory store is updating the parking lot to move cars through quicker. This place is always busy. However, Chic-fil-a is great at finding the best way to quickly serve their customers. They are the best!
They actually had people who took orders instead of talking about the intercom. (The young man was so nice and patient. With my speech disorder it is impossible to order something like that. Drove around and realized business was actually opened to go now, so finally I could eat here again.
Check your food before you leave, this place is notorious for leaving food out. It happens about every other time I go there! They just left out about $12 worth of stuff on my order, but they can’t do a refund because I’m unable to drive my whole order back to the store… oof

I always love coming here. Of course for food, but all staff are wonderful, especially considering how busy they are. There was only ONE time that my order was wrong when I made it home and the manager repaired it immediately. I'd eat here every day if I could lmaoo
This Chick-fil-A has great food and service, but it is always SO busy! I have to be really craving their chicken sandwich to deal with the traffic and parking headache at this location.
We are so excited, “our” Chick Fil A in the Shayne Elementary School Zone! I know where we will pick special breakfast for teachers and delicious birthday dinners for our children!
It's a pretty good place and really fast especially during busy hours but you should always double check your stuff especially with big orders
