I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of ethical responsibility and professional accountability from this location.Owner refuses to address damages done to my personal vehicle by their employee on company property.I drove from the dealership across the street and brought my new car to this location and one of their employees leaned up against it wearing a backpack with metal pieces and significantly damaged the front quarter panel of my new car.Scratches down to the metal and damage to the clear coat. The employee even set off the alarm on the car and the owner/operator refuses to do anything about it.I spoke with the owner and conveniently the cameras that cover the incident were malfunc...
Maybe it’s because I live in Grand Junction, but I expect better from Chick-fil-a, the sign on the door says they open at 6 or 7 yet they opened a hour late. Then I felt like it was Covid time all over again with the way they treat the customers. And the the chicken minis weren’t cooked all the way. Luis I orderd a large and got a small. Sorry but our Chick-fil-a in Grand Junction is twice as busy, opens a 6am and service and food is awesome
The food was great...always is.The counter person was very indifferent. Many employees were just standing around while the trash overflowed. Unusual sight in any Chick-fil-A.Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian choices
My sandwich came with lettuce that was old and had black spots pulled it off and was ok not great but ok. 57 dollars for 4 people to eat next time we will go have a sit down meal with better

Do a better job and posting your hours on holidays. A piece of paper on the door is frustrating when you drive all the way there bc Google or the app doesn’t have the hours.
The only fast food place that you can get thru the drive-thru during the lunch rush in less than five minutes, and the food is great!
