Holy Cow this Chick Fil A has arguably THE BEST waffle fries out of all the chick fil A’s my husband and I have gone to granted most have been in Texas and Florida but now we now that the Chick Fil A off of 35N in Ardmore is 12/10 recommend!!!! The sandwiches were also almost perfect it was just the right amount of crispy on the outer part and juicy/thick in the middle. Again, going back to the waffle fries they were the perfect amount of crunchy and flavorful while also keeping the soft consistency. Chicken nuggets were also one of the best we’ve had.
I only mobile order and truly don't understand why they took the time to redo the entire drive thru to make it two lanes, just for it to turn back into one. I've seen other locations make one side a mobile order only, which makes sense. Also, when there are no people outside to keep order of vehicles, there are always rude customers who push themselves in front of you when you ordered way before they did. I really hope this location fixes this. Many people choose this place for quick convenience and I find that not to be the case for many of my visits.
They have no trays for dine in. So there is no place to set down your food. It is more difficult to share your fries. But worst of all it creates a lot more trash with the paper bags and cup holders. The trash bins were overflowing. Plenty of workers were walking around, but no one wanted to empty the trash. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
