Food was great and nice waitress keeping asking if we need any additional items; rare to get personal service these days. Restaurant could have choose to play holiday music. Unfortunately, they have no type of dessert like cake or cake to help celebrate a birthday. My friend 61 birthday was December 4. Today, she found out that she had first stage of congestive heart failure. Two of us had coupons.Parking: One at South ridge location in South Charleston.
I've been to this restaurant twice now, and both times the food was delicious. The fried items were perfectly golden and had a nice balance of sweet and salty flavors. I tried the fried nuggets, which were tasty but on the smaller side and a bit pricier compared to other similar dishes. Despite that, they were still good. Overall, I had a positive experience and the staff were incredible.
I hadn't been here for a while. Things have definitely changed. The store seems to be set up to discourage dine in business. Too many curbside pickup parking spaces, which leave very little room for dine in business. I get the message loud and clear. We won't be patronizing Chick-fil-a anymore because of this.Parking: Not enough parking for dine-in business. Why ???

Set up on the inside is a little weird. No stations for napkins/straws etc. Not really a big deal because they ask if you need most of it...but there aren't napkins anywhere and none were on the tray. Went up to get some and was given 5 for my family of 4 that included 2 children. Seemed a bit stingy.
We ordered breakfast items and picked them up at the Drive-Thru. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were delicious, and the breakfast burrito was very tasty. The customer service at this location was excellent. They were waiting for us at the Drive-Thru to ensure we received our order promptly.
3 different employees visited the table asking if we needed anything, have the food was. An employee took and dumped our trays! They are so kind and polite! Best Chick-fil-a I've been to.
