Driving through was quite secured for the last half hour of breakfast, but later it was found that the cars did not use the second track. Yes, it would have helped if the young lady who stands for service without cars had redirected the traffic to flow properly. Otherwise, they still had AWESOME SERVICE and GREAT MEAL... chop down the line!
I frequently come to this location and it’s better than most of the other locations located in Augusta and surrounding areas. Every time I order through the app, my order is always correct and brought out by a nice employee. Usually, the curbside employees are much friendlier than those at the window.
The service was amazing! A very kind young gentleman (I believe his name was Nelson) treated my family with the utmost respect. He was very professional, and this Chick-fil-A location should be honored to have employees such as this one.
Great service, great food. The inside dinning room has a large section that has been converted into storage office. This makes the dinning room not as appealing as normally is.
