I reached out to the Chick-fil-A location via email and phone to discuss my issue with a manager. During our conversation, he said that the marketing manager would get in touch with me, but I never heard back from anyone.
I kept receiving offers, but I noticed the terms had changed to require a minimum order of $10. Here’s the updated offer:

I had a surprisingly disappointing experience with the manager, Adam Xiong, at Chick-fil-A located in Foundry Row, Owings Mills, MD. When I ordered at the drive-thru, the staff mistakenly noted my drink order. I pointed out the error to the cashier when he read my order back, and he assured me it would be corrected. Unfortunately, my order was still wrong when I reached the pickup window, and I felt as though the mistake was being attributed to me. The manager's attitude was discourteous and unwelcoming. I've never had such a negative experience at Chick-fil-A before, especially considering their typically high standards for customer service and menu accuracy.
I genuinely adore Chick-fil-A! The menu is excellent, and you can't make a bad choice here. My personal favorites include the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and the Chargrilled Sandwich. The food is delightful, and the ambiance is enjoyable—it's a perfect spot for a family meal!
As with any Chick Fil A the line can get outrageously long but the team in this restaurant is very efficient at keeping it going. I don't think I've spent more than 10 minutes in the drive through lanes.

Generally I love Chick fil A and we as a family go at least once a week just out of convenience, but at least 2 times my fries have been too cold to eat...not happy about it. Fix that and we are golden.
Somewhat fast in the drive through depending on the day. Definitely check your order for any inconsistencies and missing items because I’ve had a few missing items and incorrect fulfillment of orders.
I always stop here on Thursday mornings on my way to a construction meeting. Always spotless with fresh flowers on each table. Service is quick and easy and very pleasant.
Literally the fastest service I?ve ever experienced in a chain restaurant! My card hadn?t said approved yet before they were handing my my order! Keep it up!

I go for the same meal most visits. I get the cob salad, with grilled chicken to feel healthier. I add the waffle fries to maintain my sanity! ????
