Haben sehr spät Essen bestellt und unsere Bestellung wurde freundlich angenommen (deswegen 1. Stern) Nachdem die Bestellung nach über einer Stunde nicht angekommen ist (trotz kürzerer Lieferzeit, die angegeben wurde) habe ich im Restaurant angerufen und nach kurzer Rückfrage, wo die Bestellung sich befinde, wurde einfach aufgelegt weitere Kontaktaufnahme wurde abgewiesen. Essen wurde trotz alledem geliefert, war mittelmäßig.
Absoluter Reinfall, wir haben um 16.00 Uhr bestellt über Lieferando, bis 18.00 Uhr gewartet, mehrere Male versucht anzurufen, es hat niemand abgenommen, kurz nach 18.00 Uhr kam ein Rückruf, ob wir die Bestellung noch haben möchten, es gab Probleme mit Lieferando, wir haben verzichtet , also wer sich Ärger ersparen möchte, lieber erst gar nicht bestellen

Falsches Essen geliefert, als wir es reklamiert hatten, wurde man am Telefon unverschämt. Kundenservice war unfassbar frech. Schade, so kann man sich die Kunden auch vergraulen.
