This place needs to improve their game. After my order, I ordered 6 ranch. My son drove all the way through town (15 to 20 minutes) because I love the fish here. When he came back with food, I had an order from cornuggets as a side. I had ordered potatoes and Cole Slaw. I didn't get that. This is not the first time an order was wrong. The service is really bad. Why can't they hire decent employees? Very disappointed.
Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this place is next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad.
I love Chicken Express!! I wish I could give a higher rating, but it never fails that if we go through the drive thru something is left out of order. There is no trace in so if you want the order to correct you need to return by the drive in the line.
