Chicken Express - Table reservation

My family and I go to this chicken express all the time and spend well over 80+ every time. We usually really like the place good food and the general manager is great. However today I went up there and not only was the employee at the window rude but the person who took our order as well. When I asked for ONE more sauce pack, because I only got two for an order of three. The employee said I have to ask my manager. I just spend 60 dollars and was treated very rudely and can't even get ONE sauce cup ? That's absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Had the three piece catfish combo and it was slightly overcooked. Still light and tasty. Combo with green beans and coleslaw to keep the calories low. Great lunch for less than 600 calories.

Pulled up to drive thru at 9:40 pm and was told they are closed. Time says they close at 10pm
