Overpriced and overrated. It's not bad, but it's not worth the ridiculous lines people wait in. If you haven't had it, you aren't missing anything. They do have amazing staff, but I'm not trying to spend all afternoon with them either. Plus, gas is too high to be doing laps around the building. Im not a nascar driver. I only went because my sister ordered food online, and all in all it took the same time it would take to go to Rallys, order and eat.
Worst Chick-Fil-Ever! I visited the city and the customer service was terrible (Austin Please learn how to talk to customers). The food was also disgusting (see picture). The horror stories they say about Portsmouth are so true, only in Portsmouth would you find a disgusting Chick-Fil-A. I have a very big You Tube channel and I will definitely mention this terrible Chick-Fil-A on my?Visitng Coastal Virginia? You tube video. Please do better.
