Chick-fil-A is known for its customer service and personally, I have never received less than stellar service from employees with smiling faces and positive settings. I have made a mobile order for drive-thru if a doctor's appointment is a 20-minute drive away. When I arrived, I saw that the drive-thin line was quite long. I tried to change my pickup method to prevent pickup, but for some reason this was not available as an option. I soon saw that this would not be a problem because the line was moved incredibly fast and smoothly. in seemingly no time, I was made by a helpful employee who quickly locates my order and confirms that I did not want to make any changes. Always impressed with the courteous and quick service that I get. I used to manage a fast food restaurant about 25 years ago and have found that most restaurants are lacking in polite employees which is one of my most important aspects of eating out. Chick-fil-A raises the bar on their employees compared to any other place. Thank you Chick-fil-A!
Drive a truck sometimes makes your breakfast your dinner or vice versa! Drove all night came here to breakfast craving nuggets a waffle fries! You really did it!! You can't imagine how much my heart had. To eat one of my favorite places, but not always accessible with a tractor trailer! Good food and they treated KW as the king he is! Thank you.
The food is always nice. Look at the salad I have. I don't even really like salad, and I would have always heard that the market salad was good, so I decided to finally try. WOW! I could eat this day!! It was the perfect mix of chicken, salad, berries, roasted almonds and granola. I took it with a ranch. Nice!
