We came to this location yesterday with a YMCA group of about 50 children for Chick-fil-A Day, and the staff here were absolutely wonderful! They were so accommodating and helpful, it was such a great experience! Props to the manager and staff for a great experience despite all the stress of the day I'm sure they were feeling! Y'all were amazing and our kiddos totally appreciated every bit of it!
I am so impressed with Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive through and ordered two meals and a biscuit. Got back to work and realized we were missing the biscuit. I called up there to tell the manager and he was so polite, had a hand biscuit hand delivered to me and coupons. I was not expecting all that! What a pleasant surprise, I was just going to drive back up there . Made my day
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! I don?t think I?ve ever had a bad visit. My food is always fresh, the employees are always fast and friendly. Today I ordered breakfast right before 10:30, and it was still hot and fresh, even with the transition to lunch. Idid a mobile pickup and was still greeted by an employee thanking me for coming in.
I have been going there since it's opening. I have never seen an establishment so tuned in to their customers, or their community as they are. Plus, in the event there is a mistake, which in fact is few, they go way out of their way to make it right. This is really a 10 star restaurant. Glad they are in Gloucester. Book a table now
Best Chick-fil-A around. Very clean. Couldn't believe the condiment packets were neatly lined up. Most places just throw them in. Friendly staff who worked their butts off to keep up with the lunch hour. Line of traffic to just get in the parking lotbut they sure got those cars through. Love this place!
I want to give a shout out to Rich..I will just say he gave us the best service ever.. My daughter isnt feeling too great and he helped us out by getting us a cup for her ice cream cone so she wouldnt make a mess.. He also was very polite.. Merry Christmas to you and your family Rich...
