Chik-Fil-A has to be the best fast food company hands down. They always give great customer service and great food. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best eating experience and this time was no exception. Last night I went through the drive thru on my way home from work. I pulled up after receiving my food to make sure everything was correct when I realized I didn't have any salad dressing for my wraps. I was debating whether I would just go home or lug the food and my son inside for it when I heard a knock on the door. They realized they forgot to put it in and brought it out to my car! In the rain!!! They even put it in a little bag with a few mints and individually wrappe...
After shopping at target came here to grab a quick bite as we were feeling a bit hungry. Approaching the drive through line was a bit busy but when it came to the ordering side it was just a car in front of me and then comes me the second lane was bit busy. Tell me why it took so long for someone to come to my car window to attend to me and take my order when that lane had 2 worker while the second lane just have one ? And that one worker was walking up to each car in that lane as soon as she was finished. Although the service was iffy the food was good expect the fries they were Wayyyyyyy tooo DAMN SALTY.
I'm hardly ever in the town center but I love stopping in Chick Fil A after a good day of shopping. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with fries and a sweet tea. It's so good! The location is great right in front of all the shops. This location also has a play ground that my son loves to go play on. They have a huge window so we can sit in the booth and watch him. They were also coming around hanging out brownie samples. So good! The perfect end to a good meal.
This store has been remodeled, and the quality of the food and service has gone WAY downhill. After the 3rd trip there, we're convinced that they are heading towards McDonald's mentality.
