I found myself for a quick lunch before I returned to San Antonio. Chick-fil-A was right in front of the highway and I thought I could find some healthy choices on their menu. This location near Austin has made significant changes to focus on driving through the order and it was a little challenging to find the entrance for the walk. A helpful employee told me to open a gate and that would allow me to come in... When I was looking for the place to order at the counter, an employee went masked up) and asked me if I had to eat or take... When I told him that he dived, he said, "Go ahead and choose a place to sit and I will serve you and take your order." He gave me a laminated menu. Simple cho...
So interesting that they have made a sit down eating experience with a server. He was also very sweet and attentive. Loves the decor of this industry. Then returned with my sister a few days later for the phone drive thru experience and the overall smooth (has the same server but this time outside thought that his name was maybe chase? .
Long lines don't need to scare you with their drive-thru. You must bring their employees in the art of ninja drive-thru order!! Lines move quickly your food is served freshly. I have seen other companies trying to do the same as Chick-fil-A drive-thru, but they just can't live on efficiency. Great food nice staff!!
This was not our usual location for Chick-fil-A food, but drive-thru was efficient and quick like other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Order was correct, so kudos for that good customer service.
