I am on the go a lot and as such find myself ordering at fast food places often. Over the past few years it seems 'customer service ' has all but been forgotten ESPECIALLY at these kinds of establishments. I have gotten so used to pulling up and hearing 'yeah ' over the speaker then after placing my order I hear a quick 'pull around ' before driving to the window and not having a word spoken to me as my payment is accepted and I am handed my food. NOT A WORD. So it was not only refreshing but borderline shocking when I pulled in and hear 'Hi, welcome to Chick-fil-a, what can I get ya today?
