It appears that their position at the top has made them a bit complacent. The prices are quite high, and while that's a personal choice if you're willing to spend that much, I expect consistency in return. One day, I was served a mac and cheese that was only half-full, and I could hardly believe I received just five fries in a large container—it was ridiculous. And no, they weren’t tucked away in the bag. I suppose that means I’m effectively paying around 60 cents for each fry.
I wasn't really a fan of Chick-fil-A until they opened a location in my neighborhood. The food is fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the service. The staff is always polite and accommodating, especially when it comes to keeping me in the loop. Picking up my mobile order was a breeze; it was ready as soon as I got there. I also appreciate using DoorDash for pickups because the service is consistently smooth and courteous.
Chick fil A is known for its overly kind staff although the lady who took my order seemed to be a little frustrated because I didn't hear her at first but she got it back together quick, we're all human so I get it. However I asked for no tomato and got home (25 mins away) only to find tomato, not a huge deal as I just peeled it off but I don't like them so a minor mistake.

We love Chick-fil-a, but for some reason everytime, we come here (Brookhaven, PA location) 2-3 items are always missing. So it is frustrating having driven all the ways home to find, we were missing items. I don’t always think to check. I am hoping for the item refund they promised, but I guess we will see.??
This is one of the most stylish Chick-fil-A locations I've ever been to, and I'm truly impressed by the decor. Even the bathrooms are stunningly tiled. The food is just as delicious as I expect from Chick-fil-A—always enjoyable. The service is excellent, including the newer cashiers. Keep up the great work!
Food and service are always amazing! The only issue was the tables were all dirty, crumbs etc. It was not busy inside which makes me think someone was just being lazy. Still the best fast food chain there is!
Haven't dined here since pre pandemic ... the water is filtered, and the service is still solid. Complimentary wifi is also solid , although I'd argue customers deserve to connect to a more secured network. Book a table now
