Listen if you do door dash or any other food service this establishment will not let you get the food via drive thru ice in the parking lot and below 30degrees and was very rude about it too. If other establishments allow you to get and verify pick up through drive thru in bad weather conditions this one should at least consider doing the same. We delivery drivers allow your food to reach more people helping you make more money. You should care a little more about people's safety because there is not a safe place to walk to get into the store itself you have to walk through the drive thru lanes
Food was great! Customer service IS TERRIBLE even from the manager. The lady in the window said to wait at the stop sign and the food would be right outside. So I waited at the stop sign, and a boy comes out to park me elsewhere, took 1 shake like 15 minutes. He said, If you don't move, you won't shake yourself?
The outdoor tables are in need of some attention, and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they did empty the trash, the tables remained sticky and uncleaned. The entire area, including the concrete, needs a good wash. Overall, it was quite dirty!
I didn't get the 4 sugars for my coffee, and I asked the lady at the window whether the coffee bar would be provided and she said yes, but I had to pull for her to bring out my food and the coffee bar wasn't there and I was cut 2 sugars. Service: 2/5

When I visited the restaurant, there were so many cars that I worried I might be late returning to work from my lunch break. However, they really impressed me by taking care of everyone swiftly and with such kindness!
I love chicfila, but when I made it home (only 5 minutes away) I didn't like my food was old dry n cold. I actually took it back. I couldn't eat it. That ruined my dinner. Food: 1/5
I love Chick-fil-A, you can never go wrong with a chicken sandwich or the classic nuggets. Appropriately expensive and everyone is always so nice. Food: 5/5
