This Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favourite and this specific location hasn?t disappointed me and I look forward to coming back here because customer service is exceptional and so is the food! If something is wrong with my order they make itright. I have only had a few experiences that were troubling, but I like Chick-fil-A, so I kept on coming and I can definitelysay they are doing better, and I appreciate it. Original chicken sandwich is always fresh, crispy, juicy and delicious. Dinningin area was Clean and organised. These amazing people working here are what customer service is all about.
I love Chick Fil A and this goes for all of them I have been to. I don?t ever have anything bad to say. All of them are amazing and they prove to you that when you have people that care working there you will get great service. I?ve never had bad food andthey rarely ever mess up my order, it?s happened maybe twice all together and they are just as busy as every other fast foodrestaurant sometimes even more so if they can do it then so can every other place.
This location is not the most convenient to get to. At one point, it felt like Mario cart across the Golf Mill parking lot just trying to get to the drive-thru. Messy. Service was relatively friendly but when I asked for certain small accommodations (light ice, no salt on fries) it wasn't regarded. Don't try to come here on lunch time during the weekday (12-1pm) it's packed and long wait times. Food in itself was standard. Just an off location overall.
I can never get used to the drive thru but everything usually works out. I had the spicy grilled deluxe sandwich with Mac and cheese. The Staff was nice and my order was correct. However, I asked for hot water to heat my daughters bottle and was refused.No one ever explained why I couldn't get it. I just wish I could've gotten that hot water to heat my baby's bottle. Servicereview would be a 5.

I accidentally placed my ordered on the wrong 3720 Touhy Ave , Skokie Chick Fil A location and they were very kind to do my order here at Niles location and granted my free sandwich reward that I used for the wrong order. That was very kind , Kris and Keta helped a lot fixing my order, they were great !Thank you again!!
Kudos to Chick-fil-A for taking customer service to the next level. The food is great quality and the employees are always respectful and polite. Their chicken nuggets are a perfect for lunch. Food was hot and fresh as it is always. They have such agreat business model that the workers execute every day. You guys are awesome. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
Horrible experience. Waited over 10 minutes in line despite there being only one car in front of us. The girl who took our order didn?t know how to enter orders apparently. She also couldn?t figure out how to pay with a credit card. To make it evenworse, after receiving our food from a very surly, unkempt employee, we were missing items. Avoid this location
I was looking for something different and quick to eat, so I decided to try Chick-fil-A. They have a variety of grilled items and even some nuggets! The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely with real flowers. The food was so good that there were no leftovers!

The food was decent, but the portions are not worth the high prices. While I enjoyed the meal, the costs are excessive. I won't be returning to this restaurant, as there are better options elsewhere.
