I rarely have to write a poor review, but after numerous stops here to try for redemption, I just cannot find it. Please skip this location and eat somewhere else! In my last 4 orders from this location, I ordered the same thing: 1 Lg Sunjoy, 1 SW Salad, with crispy nuggets Creamy Salsa Dressing and Garden Herb dressing. The PCH location is hood for one thing only. Simple orders and lunch. Not Dinner, which includes 5pm. Anything after 5pm taste like it's from leftovers from Lunch hours up till 4pm. You're better off getting here after breakfast, of which they royally messed up and could nothing about since breakfast is over, but before 5pm to enjoy some kind taste in the foods. That's what you get when a popular food chain is right next to industries such as, att and LA times along with the airport being so close. You get airplane food....
this was one of the best fast food services i?ve ever had! the second we walked in we were greeted with kindness and respect. I especially had a strong liking and good interaction with Candace. she was so sweet and made it feel like we were truly valuedand that she cared about us!!! LOVE HER!!!!
Waffle fries were soggy. I don't understand the attraction to their sandwiches... I mean, they're ok . The parking here is ridiculous. The major problem I have with them is, in 2023, they're closed on Sundays. Keep your god out of my soggy waffle fries please!?!?

This location gets super busy, but pre-ordering on the app is the way to go. They have two long lines for drive through as well as a large inside seating area. Plenty of parking on top and very good service. Great location, consistently get our order right here.
The staff greeted us at the door with smiles all around. The staff ensured multiple times the order was correct and was around frequently after we got our food (which was very quick) to check up and get us refills. This is the way a Chick-fil-A should operate!
I Work hard for my money so when I order a large meal I expect to get a large meal coke was 1? down the rim of the cup, Fries even greater disappointment if I paid for a regular I wouldn?t be writing this petty review. Can?t help to feel like I gotscammed.
Transit in LA and decided to take a bus and walk to what was THE NICEST SERVICE I’VE SEEN IN USA. What a weapon of food and what nice team running the restaurant, 5 , 20, 50, 500 stars if I could. Kudos to chick-fil-a making a good impression!

The food is always great but the staff is very cold and unfriendly. I asked for extra utensils yet the window staff, especially the manager, acted is if it was pulling teeth. Great food but customer service training needed.
Really dumb parking/drive through layout. GPS will try to have you turn on PCH, but you can't access the business from it.
