I had a near nightmare experience thanks to the awful Uber Eats customer service and drivers that they allow to work on their platform. Last weekend when the weather was putrid, 4 different Uber eats drivers picked up my order and never delivered it to my address. An hour and a half passed, so I went down to this store and explained the situation to the counter guy. The manager working, Eli, came right away to help me and allowed me to explain the scenario. Not only did Eli apologize on behalf of the incompetent Uber Eats drivers (He shouldn’t have to do that), but he right away told his team to make my order. For the inconvenience, Eli upgraded both of my combo orders and included 2 cookies...
Chaos! This was my first visit here ever, and I came as an Uber driver tonight. I?ve done 100?s of orders from the Chick-fil-A in Commack, and that?s where I?ll continue to do them from. This place was totally hectic, no organization here for pickups.People were using the pickup rack as a table, there was no where to form a line. No one asked if I needed assistance, and Icouldn?t even ask. No social distancing, no employees with masks while preparing/packaging food. Thumbs down.
Wow, what an amazing experience especially for my first time with the family. The food was fresh, good portions. Jayden the cashier was so sweet and attentive to our needs. We need more people like him working at restaurant. Even lovely Elizabeth whowas cleaning tables was so attentive, and offered to take our trays to the garbage and refill out drinks. Thank you Chick-fil-A,for hiring the right people for your franchise.
If they?re going to have you pull up by the open kitchen to get your drive thru order there needs to be etiquette reminders for being in open earshot of the customers. Had to listen to staff openly complaining about orders including mine discussing theirpersonal lives while waiting for my meal. Like just keep it cute when someone pulls up at least.

placed an order via the app, the centerreach store said they never got my order. Would not refund my money. $40, never got the food or refund and now have to fight it out with corporate. when you try to call, it directs you to an automated chat bot. Be careful ordering from here. Now I know why it was so dead.ZERO STARS for this review.
I use the mobile ordering system to dine in once I arrive at the restaurant I scan the table code they bring the food to my table. This place is always exceptionally clean the service I've received is always prompt and the food is always hot and fresh.I see no difference between this Chick-fil-A and any other one I've ever visited.
I had my first visit to this restaurant and ordered two meals. The young staff member at the counter was exceptionally polite and helpful! Christian was efficient, courteous, and served me with a smile. The food was also delicious.
I don't know what the big deal is all the kids seems to love it but I'm not a big fan I'd rather go to Popeyes. The parking is really crazy here it's always way too busy.
