Today, October 13, 2023 at approximately 11:50 am, I drove to Chick-fil-A, located at 5150 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034. When I arrived in the interior car lane to place my order, I was approached by a team member. He immediately asked me to pull forward which I did, and then he asked me to place my order. In the middle of placing my order verbally, he asked me to pull forward again. I complied and pulled forward and tried to complete my order verbally while pulling forward. He asked me to repeat my order again and pull forward some more. In total he asked me to pull forward three or four times and still try and give my order while driving simultaneously. The young man who waited on us was friendly and so very helpful! He made suggestions to help my mom, was very patient and had such a great attitude. He made our day! And the food was so good!
As usual we had spicy chicken sand-witch and they are good as usual. My daughter loves to go to Chick Fil A.
