We’ve returned to this Chick-fil-A several times, and I’m happy to report that the management and employee attitude issues we encountered during our first visits seem to have improved. I initially rated it a three-star, but it has now truly earned a five-star rating.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but it has struggled with management. Many of the negative reviews mention problems with the manager, and we experienced this firsthand. One memorable incident occurred during breakfast when it turned 10:00, just as we were next in line. The manager refused to let us order breakfast, even though the customers ahead of us were able to do so—this was during the opening month!

I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10a...I arrived at the drive thru at 1015am...there was a hold up in the drive thru line..so I called the store to let them know I was in line for my breakfast because it was getting close to 1030am...by time I got to the associate it was 1031am..they said I couldn't get the food and the manager explained that it was policy that the breakfast is no.longer served even I placed the order ahead..so then I asked for my money back and they say 2-3 business days! I spoke to the head manager and he said it was nothing for him to do or to compensate but some old breakfast option and by this time it was 1045am! We hosted our twin three-year-old boys’ birthday party here as part of the CFA “big nugget” party package and it was incredible. It was cheap, easy to plan, the staff were amazing (shoutout to Shay!! , and there was no cleanup for me before or after! Each child got a kids meal, ice cream, and a stuffed cow as a party favor, and CFA provided balloons and even the life-sized cow for photos. The kids played on the playground while the adults chatted and ate, which was awesome. And my boys’ faces when they walked into the party were priceless! We’ll definitely consider doing this again!
This restaurant is consistently a great choice for a meal, and the food is delicious. I’m particularly impressed with the variety of salad options. The fruit cup is always fresh, with none of that bland or old, wrinkly fruit—truly impressive! The Sunjoy tea has real lemonade mixed in, complete with authentic pulp. Plus, the drive-thru experience is efficient and streamlined, making it a model that other fast food places should envy. You can get in and out quickly!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The spicy chicken sandwich was particularly flavorful and packed with heat. However, I did have a couple of issues: I requested light ice but received a cup full of ice instead. Additionally, they forgot to include the buffalo sauce for my nuggets, so I ended up with dry nuggets.
Quality of food is poor and the customer satisfaction followup was also a poor attempt. I was told one thing and then offered something else when I followed up. Seemed like they were just checking things off the list to say they did something. The integrity of this place is subpar.
The person who took my order was incredibly patient with my kids and me. The food, as always, is delicious and meets Chick-fil-A's high standards. The restaurant is clean, and I really appreciate how Chick-fil-A keeps their staff comfortable with shade, fans, and occasional mist.
The managers are so unprofessional, one thing positive I can say is that some employees are really nice, but the managers are so rude and loud and do not care bout how the customers feel !
