This Chick-fil-A is usually consistent on their customer service. I've never had a wrong order at a Chick-fil-A. However I am not writing this review because of a wrong order, it is because of a rude manager. Let me make it clear that the manager did not talk to me directly, rather it was something that he did. While I was ordering my food, I overhear him berating one of the employees. It was something about her not immediately working when she clocks in. Now, I totally understand that employees need to be disciplined when they don't work. But please, do not do that in front of customers. The manager, whose name was Andrew, was very audibly berating the female employee, and was almost condes...
Since when did the culture of impeccable customer service go down at Chick-Fil-A? They started off the with “my pleasure” and “thank you” to no “thank you” and especially “my pleasure” go away!Customer service was poor starting from the order taker I received no “thank you” all the way to the person handing my order! Not one “thank you” or “my pleasure” was received”! On top of it all, they left out my fries from a combo order I received. I guess you no longer care for business?Word of advice… hire some great older mature workers that were brought up with good manners and care about customers!
I been coming here since it open and I never Ever Ever have any issues. Ever !! Thee most friendly and accurate chick fil a I Ever been too. Never an attitude, never rude, always happy no matter what. That's why I always come here. My chick fil a points are past the 1000s because I come here all the time. I rather support a business that makes u feel welcomed when u walk into the door and this place does that every single time
This place is alway nice and clean!!!Guadalupe is the nicest man, he’s always happy and going around to everyone asking if they need any help or refills.Definitely will be back cause of him
