I ordered curbside and went up there this morning. They never came out I had to go inside get it. And when I did Go inside the cashier barely acknowledged me and almost seemed offended that I came in to get it he wanted me to go outside and wait for it. Not to mention he was about to take another customer when he saw me standing there and didn?t apologize for it. A horrible experience very disappointing, especially for Chick-fil-A.
The service was quick and efficient, perhaps a bit too quick. They forgot one of the meals I ordered, and we didn't realize it until we were in the stadium parking lot ready to eat, which was a big letdown. Other than that, everything was great. The girl who took our order was fantastic and recommended the frozen strawberry lemonade, and WOW! She really knew what she was talking about—it was absolutely delicious.
The food here is delicious, and the staff is always friendly. However, my only complaint is that you have to request everything. A prime example is napkins – if I need another one, I have to go to the counter, wait for someone to become available, and then I can go back to my meal. It would be great if there were at least a few self-service options available.
The food was delicious, but finding someone else's hair in my white egg sausage biscuit sandwich was a big turn-off. I really enjoy their dishes, and this was my second visit to this location, which is disappointing. Even though I was quite hungry, I just couldn't continue eating the rest of my meal. I just got home and looked at my meal. I ordered large fries, and this is what I received. There were no fries in the bag at all! I didn't realize they were limiting fries.
I tried the Cobb salad for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend it. The staff was, as always, courteous and helpful.
