Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

UPDATE A representative reached and offered to make things right. This was only hours after booking the review. Customer service is amazing. Thank you. Change of rating to 5 stars. Original Post has taken the pick-up from board and the bag on the parking lot has not checked. Got home and discovered half the big foam container. No one spills in the bag. Those I received were overcooked and old. Usually I have only good things to say about this place, but they really missed the brand this time.

The staff is friendly, the process is efficient... I'm getting excited for the waffleries because waffleries are both fun and tasty... and every time I get them from the 76. St location they are garbage grains, Floppy, undercooked, overcooked, unsalted, undersalted but only enough on the first bite you were hopefully but no dice. The legit makes me sad. Recycled paper cups, too, to be a more environmentally friendly toe about foam, would be cool.

Classic chick felt a experience is the staff very nice and helpful, the place does not feel like a fast food restaurant at all not completely, the chicken sandwich is in every aspect I always get my level without cheese and salad just don't feel it right. Nice and Crispy if a little oily but cmon it 's fried chicken can't go wrong with chick-fil-A

The trip thru had dozens of cars (the line was around the building and the road) and the dining room was 75% full. Our order was immediately accepted by a smiling, polite employee. The food came less than 5 minutes later, hot fresh and perfect. Why can't any fast food chain do it like that?

For a fast food restaurant this place is great. Good food (not a fan of the fries) good service and what other restaurant puts fresh flowers on the tables? Love this added touch.
