As of this year the service at HCU's Chick-Fil-A is deteriorating and fast. The food is now more expensive, the food is smaller and has decreased in quality, the food is very inconsistent one day the fries are hard and bland, the next day the fries are soft and salty, the burgers are either bland or it tastes old. While its understandable that this is a restaurant inside of a university I find it unfair how it makes student pay more for a lesser food quality and service.
Dont bother going through the Drive Thru they will always forget something obviously don't check orders before they bring them to the cars. They have forgotten items multiple times seem irritated whenthis is brought up. The inside service is way better than the drive thru.
The food was good, but they really need to serve more fries; it barely reaches the top of the portion. I also requested some sauce, but it wasn't provided. Additionally, they should stop serving cold food.

The only chick-fil-a i always had to complain about they never fill up ur fries or macncheese as how they supposed to. I’m tired of this cause it’s hasn’t been once and yet they want to put prices upper.

Good luck finding this store. Better off going to the one on southwest freeway than the hassle of finding the store and getting pretty much dog water customer service.
The Sauce Policy is Atrocious. Just give me the Sauce. 2-Sauces is not enough for a large fry and sandwich. This is a violation of my rights as an American!?

I’m disappointed to say that my experience wasn’t great. The food was cold and excessively salty. I think I’ll try a different restaurant next time.
