Friday November 4th i put in a mobile order on my way to work around 625pm for carry out, i arrive at Chick-fil-a approximately 640 after checking in for my carry out atleast 5 minutes prior. I check with the front counter, it was not a big order and i goto chick-fil-a a lot so i was wondering what was going on. At 650 after seeing many people come after me get there food withlarger orde.33 then mine, I ask the girl at the front counter what?s going on. That I can?t wait any longer if my orders notready please cancel, she said one moment , checked with the other workers and the food was not ready, she made one of my drinksput it on the counter then said sorry the mobile order is acting up it...
Usually at lunch this place is pretty on point but off peak the workers seemed wore out. The car in front of us diddnt get an item and had to park and go in as well as us. They forgot 2 things, so I had to park, grab 2 kids out of their car seats to run in and get the sandwich and fries. A little annoying but the food was good and I think they were just having an off time.
This location is usually on point, but the last several times i've gone has missed the mark. Ordered egg white grill recently and got to my office and had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit- (which i didn't even know was available) that went promptly into the trash. Ordered another today and has no cheese, which could be something you let the guest know.
Long line, moves fast so you have that box of minis open in your lap, going 75 mph West on JTB towards another work day, in less than 8 minutes. But now you're not so sad about it. Because you're eating minis while driving.
