My children were acting insane because it was past naptime and the employees helped me carry things to my car and even helped entertain my children while I placed one last order to-go before we left the restaurant. I would have definitely gotten irritated stares and no help at any other fast food place, but the employees at this Chick-Fil-A actually cared and helped me because they are kind people! Thank you!
Just when I thought I couldn’t love CFA more, I walk in, and a beautiful girl with Down Syndrome is working behind the counter. My heart leapt with joy that CFA would hire, mentor and train this precious girl! I applaud you, and it fills me with love and hope for our future.
The staff here are amazing, always friendly and polite and seem to really enjoy what they do. This says a lot about the management and how important good customer service is to them!
