had a large order, they forgot an item which normally doesn’t happen. Drove back for the item which I received, however when asking if it was possible to get reimbursed for the item since I drove all the way back for an issue that should not have occurred in the first place I was met with no other solutions than just receiving the item itself. Unfortunate since they weren’t that busy for a Saturday to have missed the item in the first place. When I had asked the supervisors if there were any alternative solutions, they also swapped the managers delivering me the message since I’m assuming the other did not want to break the bad news. I ordered 4 meals and they were all wrong. I ordered the Market salad and they gave me the southwest (spicy one), they gave me the wrong dressing I asked for for the wrap, they forgot my kids chicken strips, which I caught before leaving, but didn’t get the fries or toy, and no straws, not even for the juice box. I called the manager and supposedly if I go back in to that store, which I’m never around, she get me the correct order. We’ll see, and I’ll definitely post an update.Should I have checked the order more closely? I previewed it but my orders at other chick fil as have never been wrong…until now!
This a very AVERAGE location. The dining room was dirty with the trashcans being full. The fruit cup and icedream was amazing and unique. The nuggets were hard, cold and not fresh at all. And the sandwich was average. They forgot my sauses. This location can definitely get better but it wasn't at a Chick-fil-A level.
I would only recommend the Waffle Potato Fries at this location if I knew I would get a majority of large pieces and not a majority of tiny bits of waffle fries (see the picture). As with most places, it is a hit or miss with how your food is served. Other than that, this crew is always on point.

Not my favorite Chick-fil-A but it is close to the house. If you get here there will be a long line in a drive through but if you think going in will make it faster it won't. They will still have no line but 1 person working and still make you wait. But food was good
Definitely the worst one near the city. The salads are almost entirely iceberg lettuce and every time I have gotten something with tomato slices, I bite into core. How do you guys not know you need to core your tomatoes??
Updated review. I ordered a large fry for them to fill the fry box up half way and throw chick fil a sauce in the fry box on top of them.
Burnt sandwiches, wrong orders, I didn't know they liked chikfla open in lower??? income areas.? forgot my banana shake.

Car side takes 20min to get your food. They prioritize drive thru, then you get cold food and melted ice cream.
Very busy location. The staff is always great regardless of other limitations.
