I truly enjoy Chick-fil-A, which makes writing this review quite challenging for me. I’ve noticed that most Chick-fil-A locations prioritize customer service, but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case at this particular location. The majority of the employees appear to have a “not my job” mentality, which likely contributes to the long wait times here.

I recently had my first dining experience at Chick-fil-A, and I was quite impressed with my Cobb salad. The greens were fresh and featured a mix of different types of lettuce. The chicken was tender and packed with flavor. I also sampled the creamy avocado dressing, which I found to be delicious. All in all, it was an enjoyable and relaxing meal.
Went for dinner for my granddaughters school Dine Out fundraiser A lot of school support! The place was crowded ! Still the line moved quickly. Dining room was very clean and we easily found a clean table. The staff was attentive and walked thru dining room often to make sure everyone needs were taken care of.
This isn't my first time at this location. If there were more dining options in Chino, I wouldn't come back because of the long wait times and frequent mistakes with my orders. (Update) I tried to give them another chance, but unfortunately, it was another disappointment.

Every staff member performs exceptionally well, and the customer service remains outstanding, even during busy times! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the sauces are simply extraordinary!
First time being at one. The food was high quality and the service was top notch. Very clean facility. Lemonade is a·ma·zing. If I'm ever back in Chino Hills I'll come back here.
