Out of the many locations I have been to, Forest Park has turned into the worst one. They ALWAYS forget things. #1 for me are the extra pickles I order. In the past year a half with multiple orders, I have NEVER received them. They'll forget dressing for salads, sauces for sandwiches, etc. Haven't used them in 4-5 months decided to give them another chance. NOPE, not worth it! Check the pictures. Don't understand how, but maybe they are just stingy with their pickles. Though I did get my Salas dressing, so that's a plus I guess!
Always a long wait but went at 8:35 last night. Took 37 minutes to finally make it to the front only for them to tell me my food was out. During my long journey to the front of the line I saw at least a dozen employees working there. Many seemed to bein disarray. This location used to be top notch 10 years ago and was amazing 20 years ago, now its a joke. Employees seem to noteven care.
I consistently have issues when ordering from this restaurant. Whenever I place my order online, there are always missing items. When I call to address the problem, they often refuse to provide an item that I've already paid for. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since it's not my fault that they didn’t include all the items in my order when I go to pick it up.
The service at this location in the last two months is poor. I drive all the way to Mt Zion now. Something is always missing from my order. I don?t use the app anymore. I always need a refund because the food is not available. The app, for me, is thesecond best part of Chick besides my favorite foods.

I ordered a chicken strip meal. My fries were nothing but BUTTS! I've never had a container full of fry butts! One or two? Yes. But THIS? This was my FIRST bad experience with Chick-fil-A, so I must say I'm shocked!Did you even check for quality before happily putting them in my bag? Disappointed.
The wait will be long. They are extremely short staffed and the staff that is there will completely ignore you. There were 3 of us in the lobby waiting area and they?d look our way and continue on without acknowledging us at all. If you Door Dash from this CFA, you?ll probably never get it.
The staff is excellent, and the service is quick. Masks are not required, and there are partitions in place. The food is also impressive.
